Fresno City College's Maria Rodriguez and Vannessa Chavira finished fifth and sixth in the women's 5-kilometer race at the Central Valley Conference Championships at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Rodriguez clocked 21:04 and Chavira ran 22:17 for Fresno, which placed second with 40 points.
